Hello, this is a friendly reminder because this is your first time creating a topic (or it has been a while since your last topic) in this category.
Please note that most of the support is provided by the Cfx.re community on a voluntary basis. We ask you to be patient; there is no guarantee we have a solution to your problem(s). To avoid unnecessary/duplicate topics, please browse the forums before creating a topic.
To improve your chances of your issue(s) being solved, please provide as much information as possible about the issue(s) you are having. Also —whenever possible— please use the template given to you when creating a topic.
Clear your cache and try again;
If that doesn’t help, find and use a tool called TCPOptimizer (easy to find online);
If that still doesn’t help, contact the staff of the specific server for assistance.
Disclaimer: I am not part of the staff team, and my solution may not be effective for everyone. However, I hope it helps you resolve your issue!
Common causes of the problem:
1.Unstable connection: The resource download may have been interrupted due to network issues. 2.Server issues: The Phantom RP server might have a misconfigured or corrupt resource (prem-carsounds). 3.Antivirus or Firewall blocking the download: Antivirus or firewall software may interfere with the file download. 4.Corrupted FiveM cache: Files in the cache folder might be damaged. 5.HTTP/2 communication issue: The HTTP/2 protocol might not be working properly on your network.
How to clear corrupted FiveM cache:
1. Navigate to the following folder:
C:\Users\[Your_Username]\AppData\Local\FiveM
2. Delete the following folders:
cache
crashes
3. After deleting these folders, restart FiveM and try to connect to the server again.
