[Help] Parachute tint index

Hello All,
I need some help setting the parachute tint index for players. On my server players spawn in sky diving, but when they pull the default parachute it is set to rainbow tint. I would like to see if I can set a the black tint index if possible. Any ideas?

1 = dark Red
2 = white & blue & yellow
3 = Black & red & white
4 = red & white & blue
5 = blue

7+ = black & yellow
