[HELP] Non-ELS Charger Light Problems

I am using the 2018 Non-ELS Charger linked below, I am streaming all the files it came with as the front lights work fine it is just the rear lightbar + it works fine in SP. I have seen many servers use this so anyone who can provide a carcol or even some insight on how to fix it.

The download link is no longer available can you send me the files for the whole car and i will see what i can do 90% of the time its the Carcols and carvariations folder dont match and is a simple fix. Another is that 2 cars share the same carcols ID also an easy fix.
