[Help] My friend can't join my FiveM server

Hello,
yesterday I made a localhost fivem server for playing FivePD. I made new ports in firewall and my friend still can’t join my server.

What does it say when try’s to join?

For him it says only handshaking with server

Try give him the server ip and tell him to hit F8 >

connect “server ip”

Yeah I did. but ngl I’m doing it for the first time and when I check on some pages if my port is visible it says it is not. I tried to add rules into firewall adding ports into my router settings.
