What is the issue you’re having?

Ive encounter this problems for the past days, i came up to the develops of city to fix it but even them are confuse on how to fix it. So for my fivem to work on connecting to servers, i still need to reinstall the game just for it to work.
HUHU please help me. Ib-phoneprop couldnt start resource
