I dont use epic, but I know how epic requires you to have steam open. Also not sitting at my computer right now, so this is off memory.
When you open up FiveM, on the launcher in the top right under settings, there are ways to link your discord, steam, etc. If you logged into your friends account make sure it still doesnt have any of this info saved in there.
Again, not at my computer, just a thought.
Found these two posts. Both the people that posted them said they already cleared cache (like you), but maybe its different cache because it was their fix.

its because one of you are probably using the same rockstar account, use the search feature on the forums for “delete Digitalentitlements” and delete it, it will ask you to sign in again.
