[HELP] Looking for FiveM script: animated street & area name HUD

Hello,
I’m looking for the FiveM script used for the animated street & area name display shown in the attached video.

It displays the street name and its zone with a smooth animation when the location changes.

If anyone recognizes this script or knows a similar public resource, I’d really appreciate it.

This is a feature that comes from the HUD scripts.
