I’ve been looking everywhere for an ipl loader for the afterhours dlc and the closet I’ve came to is the Bobsipl which is good however does not load anything in. Are there any other loaders that could help?

Yes, the lights aren’t included. Perhaps loading one of the interiors that you can find in one of those lists gives a bit more light
Its not just the light its everything that doesn’t load
Looks like it’s loaded to me though.
That is because none of the interior props are loaded.
You’ll have to enable at least one of the wall sets, for example.
