I do not know how to stream vehicles.meta carvar.meta ect… please help

I think you have to put vehicles.meta and carvar.meta in your folder carmod.
The folder stream in your carmod folder must have the extensions starting by .y like .ytf .ytm etc …
Don’t forget the __resource.lua in carmod folder.

for exemple :
index.html .html is an extension
FiveM.exe .exe is an extension

understand ?
