[HELP] How to change default female faces ? (m_f_freemode)

Can someone help me : How I change the default mp_f_freemode_01 ?

I just want insert new faces, because in my server, female faces are similar to male face.

I’ve tried Need help to modify mp_m_freemode_01 - #4 by JamesWhitehall solution, but it doesn’t work.

I downloaded any mods, but whenever I try to create a woman, she’s has a man face.
