When I launch my server the first player who logs on can go on-duty but no one else is able to access the f11 menu. The only thing that happens is when someone accepts a call and arrives on scene the Off-Duty players can see it. I’ve looked EVERYWHERE and all I’ve found is one post from over a year ago who had my exact issue with no replies. Any ideas? I’m kinda desperate.

So, my friend and I were trying to play FivePD together and kept running into the issue mentioned above. I was playing on my desktop and he was playing on my laptop, both of us had our own copies of the game so we figured everything was fine on that front. We realized that my friend hadn’t actually logged into his own version of the game before so obviously that was causing issues. However, we were still experiencing the the same issue even after he created an account, opened the game, and at least started the first mission. After some digging online we found that sometimes FiveM will still only recognize both players having one license for GTAV. So, the solution we found is to clear your DigitalEntitlements folder. If anyone is having the same issue, try this, delete %localappdata%\DigitalEntitlements and load the game again. I would keep a copy of the files in case it doesn’t work for you. After a month of troubleshooting we can FINALLY play the game. I hope this post helps anyone else having this same issue.
