Help F1 Glitch

**What did you do to get this issue?**I dont know at all
What server did you get this issue on? On my local host

Also add what you already tried so far.I tried to restart my PC and everything it still doesn’t fix. Here is my problem , So when i spawn a police car it removes my f1 menu and I cant do anything how can I fix this

This is not an client issue, the server you are playing on messed up the F1 menu. Please contact the server owners.
