[HELP] ESX Legacy TranslateCap Error

Hi,

I have a problem with the latest ESX_Legacy. When I start the server on the console, it shows this error with every script coming from ESX_legacy. Redownloading the scripts did nothing. In the screenshot I am sending a picture of the txadmin console. I am hoping for help.

I know there was a fix, my old developer knows it but i cant reach him
