I have no clue how to fix this! Everything is install correctly and I’m getting this error

Do you even have it pointing to the right area in the file?

run C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\servert\run.cmd +exec server.cfg
This is my line in my startup.cmd file.
Cd to it then run.cmd etc on a separate line
can you describe that more breifly I don’t understand what you mean
