how to edit vichle handling

Vehicle handling must be edited through the meta file. If you have Open IV, start it up and type in ‘handling.meta’ in the top right bar. Retrieve the correct one and edit it using notepad, sublime text, etc. Play around with the settings to your own liking. I recommend looking at other resources that would allow you to easily edit and view the changes made to the handling, in real time.

Once you have done the above, to stream the meta file simply add this to your resource.lua:

Yeah, it is obviously for your FiveM server not GTA V.
I still don’t really understand the meaning of the tutorial as above, can you be clear? where I edited Moonbeam’s handling
To edit handling you need a handling.meta file. You can get a handling file on openiv or you can just write one from scratch or you can copy one from another vehicle and edit it to your liking. If you don’t understand it I really wouldn’t recommend editing it.
