If you mean the little screen flash when killing a npc or player it can be disabled with this.
Go to server.cfg and add there setr profile_skfx 0
0 = Off
1 = On

I put setr profile_skfx 0 in my server cfg but it does not work for me. I still have to kill effects, any reason why?
