[HELP] Converting singleplayer car to FiveM

Hello,

I’m kinda rookie with passing or converting them to the FiveM platform, I have some problems with how to set up cars that come with a custom sound like this one:

I need help with the fxmanifest.lua and the files I have to create. I know that normally it like stream, data and the fxmanifest.lua file

I would appreciate the help and any kind of tip to optimize them with textures.
