I streamed 3 files of luckywheel (Picture below) but It didn’t show up in casino map. Am I missing something?

I don’t think thats like an actual part of the map, since even in gta online the thing spins, so they must add it to the map another way
If they have done this how I think they have done it and not used code to spin the prop, there might be a .ycf file (rage animation file) that accompanies it.
As to why the prop is not spawning in game - how are you attempting to spawn it? trainer, script etc
