Helicopter Schooting in Third Person not possible

i cant find to figure out how to enable Third Person (3rd Person/Bird View) Shooting for the Backseat Driver of for example the Supervolito Helicopter.
Everytime i try to shoot out of the Helicopter i only get First Person view and i am unable to change the view like i can change the view in for example the car with the key V.
The Helicopter Swift is also effected.

I already looked up the Handling.meta for any clues.

Is there any native i need to use ?

The Problem is that the new game Builds 2545 and above are forcing the Heli shooter to go only first person.
