The Division of State Services has five (5) distinct subdivisions.

- Registry of Motor Vehicles *
- Registry of Records *

Once a department member reaches the second non-trainee title in their subdivision they are eligible in another subdivisions functions or may, with leadership approval, apply to LEO, Fire, or EMS reserve.
