Hello dear friends, I wanted to tell you about a problem a friend has been having on his server for several weeks now. The Element Club platinum key magically goes into inactive mode, preventing the server from starting. When he reactivates it, sometimes it goes into inactive again and sometimes it doesn’t. He only has one key, which he generated a day ago. Has anyone else experienced something similar? We’ve been waiting for a ticket for five days now, and it’s never been answered. Thank you.
