I have the same problem. Did you manage to solve it?

WmiPrvSE.exe is a virus we have frequently seen trip up the FiveM anti-cheat. I recommend doing a malware scan with Malwarebytes, it usually gets rid of any such viruses.

It’s literally a default Windows thing and not a virus, get your info straight please!

It’s not. It’s malware pretending to be a normal Windows program. The normal one is in C:\Windows\System32 and this one is in C:\ProgramData\WindowsService.{a bunch of numbers} which is not a normal Windows directory.

We’ve seen this about 10 times in the fivem-support channel on Discord including one case with a different exe in the same folder where Malwarebytes didn’t catch it and we had to delete the offending exe manually.

I fixed it, download an trusted antivirus. I used AVG antivirus
