The beards didnt work for me and many hairs forced an error with the ped itself. Looks like the ped is “flickering” with his legs.
How did you manage to bypass the license to put clothes and hair?
Tested it local only
How many slots do you have on your local server?
I say this because if it is less than 10 the clothes are free, as soon as you go up to 11 it is no longer free.

For what reason i should do so?
you have to change the slots for the players to 10 slots
I know this can happen, I’ll fix it somehow and then I’ll also do an update. Most beards are under chains or T-shirts
As written before, my server is set to 1 slot for private testing purposes only 
You should also do it for a local host because people like that can’t do it on their own
