i think it has to be a direct link to a download, not through tebex or other 3rd party. If you peek around the forums on free posts you are bound to find an example

Also pretty sure the loft apartment also can’t be distributed for free neither.
You may not use the 3D asset in a way that allows others to use or access the 3D asset as a stand-alone file
At least it’s not paid I guess but it’s still important to understand licenses and respect them

Its not the Loft Apartment from SketchFab, Inspired version of it. All my Loft Interiors are based on the Sketchfab one for reference.
