When I open the settings menu out of nowhere my screen freezes and the game crashes and the same thing happens when I open the map, (or any menu that is not settings) I close it and it crashes in the same way.

Up to date? 09-16-2020
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Epic Games
Windows version? Windows 10
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes!!

System specifications Ryzen 5, 8 GB RAM, GTX 1650
What did you do to get this issue? When I open configuration or open the map and then close it
What server did you get this issue on? In every server
CitizenFX crash zip file CfxCrashDump_2020_09_16_22_06_45.zip (1.9 MB)

Also add what you already tried so far. Frist I delete the cache, Then I Erased FiveM and GTA V to reinstall them and nothing.
