What did you do to get this issue? Installed FiveM

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

That folder should definitely not be empty. Are you sure your FiveM is installed correctly? Also the other screenshots you provided don’t actually show the folders that are requested by the template.

Did you ALT TAB out of the game when playing in full screen? This has been the cause of this error for multiple people. Try running in windowed borderless mode. Also disable any ingame overlays such as Fraps, Shadowplay, etc.
