The O.P.P has seen an increase o serious collisions on Highway 13 between the Braddock Pass and Highway 68. Officers with the Highway Safety Division will be paying close attention to this stretch of the 13.

Officers with the Highway Safety Division’s Traffic Support Unit & Central Region Officers were on scene of a serious single vehicle collision on Joshua Rd @ Seaview Ave. One male was pronounced deceased on scene and the business nearby were evacuated. The investigation is ongoing but speed no doubt a factor.

July 15th cant come fast enough because we will be launching our Fire Department! Great Lakes Fire Department consists of 2 different ambulance services, One that will operate out of Niagara Ontario(BC) and AMR will be used in Niagara Falls NY (LS). The Niagara Falls Fire Department will be operating out of both LS/BC. Anyone interested in joining applications will be available starting July 8th!
