Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes

System specifications MSI 2070, ryzen 5 2600, 16gb ddr4 ram, 1tb ssd
What did you do to get this issue? I upgraded my pc parts and now i cant change the settings
What server did you get this issue on? I dont think it got anything with the server to do with it but United Gamers | Georgia State RP

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.
I cant get any graphics settings saved when i have to do the '‘to save these setting you have to close GTA V’'I have already tried to delete and download FiveM again, i have tried deleting and downloading GTA 5
