Great work man , as always… So what’s the odds of fixing the ground for the Housing Community map ? The end buildings on both sides half of the buildings are in the air…

Grapeseed house has sprinklers on in the house & garage from the farm it’s built on at night?
Yeah this map doesn’t edit any vanilla files. It’s done this way because sandy/grapeseed is a very popular area for custom maps and having it like this assures there will be no conflict with any other custom maps.
yeah i understand, its either that particle fx or maybe break another mod. Especially for this area its very hard to edit vanilla files and not conflict with another map but i get it. Sometimes i can make things work, like hiding the field equipment in the bushes, or barely clearing the chair prop under the driveway but then sometimes i cant, and i cant stop the whole design over a small particle fx. Spaces are getting limited and the pricing is based off how much time i put into it so there’s not much i can do besides charge for my time or go find a job and never make any new mods lol ive seen too many good modders disappear cause they aren’t charging enough. i appreciate the support, without people buying stuff like yourself, i wouldnt be doing what im doing so thank you but at the end of the day you dont need to buy these things so editing your comment to complain about the price does nothing. Also tbh ive seen a growing trend of servers reselling maps/car packs, peds ect within their servers for 100$+ over the original price and this seems to be a normal practice so its either i go broke and someone else makes money off my things or i charge what i charge and continue to be able to afford to live and make mods.
I have nothing in that area or in LS and I have no water mods sir, it’s a racing server with a ton of your tracks :). I love your work man and support you. But this is kind of broken as it stands with water in the house, if you are saying you cannot find or fix the nightly water inside then that kind of sucks. As far as modders and people stealing your work that does sucks, but I’m not too sure how that would apply to a paying customer like myself. At the end of the day, I and anyone else that pays for this map just need the water in the house gone please, if you could try to make that happen great! And I do not run a pay to win server just FYI. I do not charge real money for anything in my server, in my city you come in and race in career mode win races and that how you make money. I’m not making a dime here. IT"S COST ME !

just give it a rest man, its a small particle fx that happens for a few in game hours which is like 2 minutes, its not breaking the whole resource lmao maybe breaking your immersion. It probably took you less time to make the edit than you’ve spent here complaining.

The ymap you sent edits 367 props in that area going from the airfield to the barn house on the hill. I know alot of my customers have multiple maps in that exact area so i specifically didn’t edit any vanilla files so it doesn’t break any of these maps.
and tbh i dont think my stuff is up to your quality, your not reading the descriptions so what can do lol dont say edit vanilla files lmao…
The issue is here, your bla bla and just talking around the whole of " Once again something clearly super messed up and you refuse to fix it" You put out talking about how much you and make others. and you just charge a huge amount for the map and if you think water going off in a house is no big deal then you clearly have never run a server that has anyone but you in it.
