Can you put it on Github or direct forum download. Having it on Mega is a little dodgy.
beacuse its my first time from now i will put in github 
the one you see in the gta mod it was not ready for fivem but now i make it for fivem and i add more palm in some place
download and see what file is inside

imagine not actually ever downloading the file you posted from gta5-mods. its hell to go through and extract everything plus 90% community wouldnt even know how to use openIV
