I was just wanting to play role play when I went to the server and came across this ban message.
I honestly don’t know the reason for this ban, I can do whatever it takes to prove that I didn’t use any cheats or bugs.
I know the ''fivem can_not_assist_you" but pls, I really dont know why

They have installed Windows incorrectly, I advise you to contact them and tell them that they need to generalize your installation of Windows as of right now, you share identifiers which are causing the ban. Unfortunately for you, there is nothing more FiveM can do for you. Good luck to you.
