Alright i’m the Server Owner , Dev and founder of NAJRP i have access to whole server IP and Database only me. Anyways i been improving my server since 7/28 , Joined my ESX Server and Roleplay trainer server also called NAJRP. I was on my server all day of 8/1/18 fixing my errors on my server and improving it. [I have some proof , you can see i made a topic for the help of ESX vehicle shop and Esx food shop } . So i literally been on my servers the ESX one since 7/28 and the Roleplay server one i barely got on at 7/31 about 2 or 3 times , then back to my ESX one. I logged off my ESX server at around 8:45pm CST of 8/1/18 {TEXAS}. I really believe this was a mistake so please help.
The ban system only gets triggered when some sort of cheat is detected. Unfortunately this means that either yourself, or somebody else using your account, has used a cheat/hack. If you are convinced this was not you who did it, then you might want to consider changing your account’s password because it may be compromised.
Unfortunately, as stated in the ban message, FiveM staff is unable to assist you in the event of a global ban. You will have to wait for the ban to expire.
I don’t understand what cheat/hack i did like i don’t even know how to do that stuff. Only reason i can think of is either i have an esx server but have script hook enabled so i can get coordinates for the police stations so i was using lambda to teleport to the stations. I literally don’t understand what i never even touch client side anything in my files only server files.
I don"t know if this helps but there no time for me to cheat and plus i don’t even know how to cheat.
Also the ban happen when i left my server to get food and restarted my server then tried to join and then the message appeared. I think i have an idea on how it happen i was teleporting throughout my map to get coordinates with Lambda and the SimpleTrainer that EUP gives. Or freezing when i try to purchase a vehicle and then no clipping just to get unfreezed. If none of those then i don’t understand.
Your GTA and FiveM folders are a mess (i.e. you got FiveM installed inside FiveM). Probably something in your FiveM folder that triggered it or you really did cheat.
Lambda menu and enabling scripthook will not trigger the anti-cheat. Unfortunately, like Vespura mentioned, nothing we or anyone can do. It’s difficult to impossible to prove you did not cheat.
highly doubt that the case. Like why would i cheat on my own server ? That dumb , i believe it was a bug because all i was doing was getting coordinates to locations and then left for like 45 to 1 hour and then it said i was banned… I tried explaining my self to the fivem discord but they kept taking it as a joke and rather joke about it…
Bans are delayed more than a couple of hours. So leaving for 45 minutes and coming back, means you originally got detected many hours before that. Which again, means, if you didn’t do anything your account is probably compromised.
Like it says in the message. FiveM staff can’t unban you.
That unfortunate… You guys should be able to , especially when something like this happens. Is there anyway for me to contact someone who could or can you guys atleast lower the days to one or something?
