Get position where player is aiming

How can i get the position that the player is aiming at?
I dont know how to shoot a raycast to a direction without knowing the coords

Get camera coordinates

Here you go. The thread at the bottom is just to illustrate how to use the two functions above. It will draw a red line from you to the ped or vehicle.
