- New Jersey State Police: Statewide jurisdiction allowing them to patrol city, county and state roads/highways ensuring the safety of all motorists within the state.
- Essex County Sheriff’s Office: Countywide jurisdiction which allows the sheriff’s office to patrol any county highway or road to ensure the safety of all persons within their county/jurisdictions.
- Newark Police Department: Citywide jurisdiction which allows NPD to patrol any street within their city.
- Newark Fire Department: Providing superior fire protection as well as medical attention, the Newark Fire Department ensures its citizens safety during all incidents that require a fire department response.
