Game works but screen is windowed

When I launch the game it works correctly but it launches windowed. When I went to try and change I figured out that normal is minimized, maximized it normal. Somehow its flopped. It’s still windowed but full screen.Example :like how a steam game would look if I loaded it up

do alt+enter for full screen

that used to work back when i first had it but now that does nothing

its wont allow me to edit anything at all in settings

can always just hide task bar when playing…lol other than that not sure

by the way did u play with resolution see it u have to big or something

gta 5 game where u linked fivem

u steam ? where ur gta5 is loaded if steam then C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V
