Game keeps freezing!

**Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? yes
**Error screenshot (if any): game freezes, then turns black, then i cant to anything other than force closing it, when i do, it takes 1 min to actually close fivem
**System specifications: GPU: 1660 TI, CPU: Ryzen 5 2600, ram 16gb 3000,
**What did you do to get this issue? play on any server
**What server did you get this issue on? all of the ones ive played on, even the “optimized” servers
**CitizenFX crash zip file?
**CitizenFX.log file?
**.dmp files/report IDs?

**Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? i dont have one
**Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.
clearing cache
reinstalling fivem
reinstalling gta 5
set graphics to all normal
watch a lot of videos to fix fivem but none worked
played in windows mode
everything

Please help, i really want to play fivem but it will only allow me to play for 5 mins and its NOT worth playing it. ive tried everything in my power but nothing worked. my specs are better than the recommended requirements so i know its not my pc. PLEASE HELP, ty
