Game keeps crashing to where I have to restart PC

Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes, multiple times
Error screenshot (if any) No screenshot, my FiveM keeps crashing and everytime it freezes my whole computer to the point of where I have to restart it. It started doing this a couple months ago.
System specifications
Intel® Core™ i5-6402P CPU @ 2.80GHz
8 GB Ram
1050 GTX
What did you do to get this issue? I honestly have no idea it just started happening, should I try to delete LSPDFR?
What server did you get this issue on? Every server.

Also add what you already tried so far.

FiveM requries a clean installation of GTA5, verify your game files and try again.

and FiveM does have problems with LSPDFR which is why most people will have to separate installs.
