Game Is Black And White

Im new to this so sorry if i do something wrong. When i load into any server all my graphics are black and white, besides menus and pause menu, everything else is black and white. Please help Im trying to get back to roleplaying.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled FiveM around 3 times and nothing has changed, I originally was having a DirectX error but got it fixed.

do you have reshade or enb installed?
or a graphics mod?

This looks like a GTA V file try verifying your game files or reinstalling,
