Also inside my debug.log there was this if it helps? - [0903/190324:ERROR:main_delegate.cc(764)] Could not load cef_extensions.pak

You need a clean GTA V installation in order to run FiveReborn. Remove every installed modification.

Nope, I cleaned gta, it worked, I exited and it no longer works

It does the same thing as before, crashes upon openeing

Windows 10? Try running it in compatibility mode Windows 8.
