started having this problem weeks ago when launching the fxserver
Update : it mysteriously fixed itself but i still wanna know why it happened to prevent it in the future
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
reinstalling fx files fixes it but every time i launch again it brings out this ERROR
reinstalled fivem and gta 5 but same problem

You downloaded something with malware. It has infected your entire machine. All you can pretty much do is reinstall the OS. You also need to make sure you remove the bad scripts you installed.
