Hey AmericanBiker, I’ve just replied to your DM that you sent but just popping my reply in case anyone else is curious:

Just to clarify, when you “third eye” a vehicle, are you only seeing the “deposit fuel” option? If so, this usually happens because certain criteria haven’t been met for the “steal fuel” option. Here are the checks that need to be passed:

  • The vehicle is still functional (not blown up).
  • The vehicle isn’t blacklisted (e.g., electric cars).
  • There is at least 1 unit of fuel in the vehicle.

One key difference between the deposit fuel check and the steal fuel check is that the latter doesn’t consider the vehicle’s current fuel limit, which might be why you’re having trouble. Could you confirm which fuel resource you’re using (e.g., LegacyFuel)?
