Frozen Island convert to YMAP

Hello everyone,

I’m having a problem with loading YMAP files into my FiveM server, and I could really use some help. I’ve tried a bunch of things, but it’s not working. Here’s what’s going on:

The Problem

• CodeWalker Error: When I open the YMAP file in CodeWalker, it says “Errors were encountered while loading file(s).” So, it seems like there’s something wrong with the file.
• OpenIV Error Code: When I try to open the file in OpenIV, I get an error code plrlnvalidFile. This might mean the file is broken or not converted right.
• FiveM Issues: In FiveM, the map and objects from the YMAP file don’t show up.

What I’ve Tried

• XML to YMAP Conversion: I’ve used a few different tools to convert my XML files to YMAP, but none of them worked.

What I Need Help With

• Fixing the XML Files: I need help to make sure my XML files are correctly converted to YMAP.
• Finding Good Conversion Tools: What tools should I use to convert XML to YMAP, and how do I use them?
• Other Solutions: Do you have any other ideas or methods that might work better?

Extra Info

• YMAP Files: The files I’m working with are named isl.ymap and Alaska.ymap.
• File Details: The files have a lot of map stuff in them, but the XML isn’t converting right.

Thanks it worked partially, but now only one file doesn’t show any entities.

The isl.xml was successfull converted but although the Alaska.xml was also converted it won’t load in FiveM. I tested the Alaska.xml, and it doesn’t display anything, even though I can see there are 1.2K entities that aren’t showing.

Then either the file is broken or you’ve got something else messing with it, neither of which I know how to help you with as full-on addon YMAPs isn’t something I ever really delved in. Play around
