Frontend Pause Menu

I’m trying to write a custom pause menu. Everything is working except one thing. i’ve set escape button to open/close my custom pause menu but when i’m in native gta frontend pause menu and i press escape button to close native pause menu, my custom pause menu opens again. Suggestions? Is there a function that returns boolean if native gta pause menu is open?
