Frequent Crashing FiveM

So every time I get on a server on FiveM, I’ll be lucky to go 5 minutes without it freezing or just instantly crashing and giving me the report id “[uploading?]”. I’ve tried fresh installing FiveM but to no avail. The crashes seem to be completely random, because sometimes I can go for an hour or more without crashing, and other times it happens within minutes of joining the server. I never crash whilst playing GTA:O, so it’s a FiveM specific issue.

This issue is extremely frustrating, it’s super annoying having to restart FiveM all the time and it often ruins my RP experience on the servers.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Done.

likely caused by bad models in streamed content. nothing you can do except note which models crash you if you see them and tell the server owner. or try a vanilla server with no models.

Okay that definitely could be what was causing the crashes, now that I think about it the crash always happened like 30 seconds after switching to the same player model.

Thanks for the advice, I’ll see if not using that player model fixes the issue
