Freezing Emergency Lights

Recently my server is having problems with our emergency lights freezing. For some reason the lights will freeze in place. We have tried going to a backup of the server where they worked and we are having the same issue. On our testing server which is an exact copy of our main server we are not having the issue. Anyone have any ideas?

I have been having this issue also. The emergency lights will flash then freeze, then flash, it’s not the cars issue either

If using ELS, it can do that from time to time. If you’re not using ELS it may be either a lighting modification or the car’s data.
