Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? Yes - Reinstalled whole game.

What is the issue you’re having?
While driving in the city I get freezes that last anywhere from a second to several seconds.
What are you trying to do?
Driving quickly in the city. Sometimes participating in car chases.
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
- Completely uninstalled and reinstalled FiveM.
- Ran a Verify on the GTA V game files.
- Tried various levels of graphics detail settings, texture budgets, etc.
- Closed as many other software apps as I can while the game is running.
- Tried using V-Sync
- Tried switching to DirectX 10 and 10.1

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
It happens on all of them that I play on. I’ve played on many. I am currently playing on Sandbox RP.
I am very interested in getting this issue resolved. I don’t believe that I should have to be running the game on low quality settings with the PC specs I have - I think it’s something else. People running the game on lowers PC specs than I have are having better success so it shouldn’t be a performance issue.
