So you just added a few trees, other props and moved some stuff around, and call that a “stunning transformation” (I know the description is most likely AI written, which makes it only worse, BTW). This is something literally anyone can do in 10 minutes using CodeWalker, why bother posting something this simple?

Why I wouldnt buy your maps based on this one example.
Description
This is a ymap, not an mlo. An mlo is a building interior. This is not. - false advertising? misrepresentation of your product.
The AI generated description is cringeworthy, try to give your impresssion of the map, not gushy mush AI generates.
Map Design
You seem to have modified a large number of game files for a simple map layout. Due to the large number of mlos and maps released in the city, it would be better to stay away from modifying game files for simple maps like this. That reduces any conflicts with other maps and problems for people who install it and any negative feedback/complaints.
Zip File
There is no main folder in the zip, I had to create a folder and name it before I could stream it. I would not be impressed if I had to do anything other than drag into my stream folder if I had paid for this. When you package your maps, do it properly.

4iY made a comment. There is a point that this is a simple map, most people could do in minutes, but sometimes simple maps are good to add to the game to change the overall look of an area.
Despite what comments are made, your reply should not be defensive and agressive trying to prove the point or win the conversation. As a buyer I would worry about any after sales support I may get should there be a problem with the map.
Your reply should be in the affirmative, “thank you for your feedback, we strive to improve our maps each time and will take your feedback on board.”
