You would install it like clothes, yes. Make sure you have the FiveM Requirements.

Are these replaces? Does someone know how to add tattoos as an addon?
@maxcamorra to my knowledge, it is impossible for you to add, add-on tattoos to FiveM, although I am not sure, it’ll be great if another person could correct me on this.
