[FREE] [STANDALONE] VSKeyNotify - Notify users on a keypress

This was originally made for Vehicle Spawner (hence VS heh), but I made it to where you can really just use it for anything.

Once you press the configured key, it should draw a notification above the mini-map with the configured message.

Configure VSKeyNotify in the client.lua file, I recommend keeping onRelease set to true.
