[FREE] [Standalone] IDS RDR2 Law Animations (/hu, /huk, hand on holster)

Today I bring you a very simple script, functionality which is known to be used in many FiveM servers. I’ve managed to get something similar working in RedM. This inludes /hu (hands up) /huk (hands up whilst kneeling) and holding down Z to put your hand over your holster. This resource is free, and standalone (works with any framework)

Commands/Controls:

  • Hold down Z to hover your hand above your holster, let go Z to stop
  • /hu in chat to toggle hands up (exit/enter the animation)
  • /huk to toggle kneeling with your hands up (exit/enter the animation)

Required:

  • Nothing but a RedM server and the game itself.

Known Issues:
All issues have been fixed!

Update: Fixed /hu exit animation

Update: Fixed /hu and Z to where you can now walk whilst doing the animation. Added a new preview video.

am i doing something wrong? just says cant find resource… are there any dependancies i need to account for?

No dependencies, if you installed the folder into your resources folder correctly, then just either restart the server for it to refresh the resource list or run the “refresh” command before trying to start the resource.
